Ready? Here’s how it works:
First, create a colorful version of the sun with all its rays (see sample ) – using chart paper, crayons – whatever works!
Gather around your family members at home, and each of them writes down one of their strengths or a quality that’s important to them on each of the rays of the sun. Done?
Stick up the chart on a door such that it stays as a reminder of our strengths! In difficult times, it’s not easy to remind ourselves of all our strengths and resources available to us within – so here’s a way to bring this into our front view!
