Mindfulness is the psychological process of purposely bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment without judgment.
Of course, this takes a whole lot of practice but here’s how we can make this interesting:
Lie down on the floor and look around the room.
No talking for at least 5 minutes.
Quietly observe or notice things in the room that you may not have noticed earlier.
Trust us, you’ll be surprised at how many things you may have missed!
